A Senior role within the marketing team to support the development and management of brand and product portfolio and direct reports to deliver against the company objectives


  1. Brand Planning
    • Lead development of brand plans
    • Develop and implement strategic brand plans based on strong consumer, market, technical and manufacturing understanding and excellence in creative (innovative) and strategic thinking.
    • Participate in Annual Planning, assisting with content and material
  2. NPD
    • Drive Nutrion renovation/innovation projects with clear project plans & timelines.
    • Develop NPD Openway (innovation process) documents and align with all involved functions before presenting at the NPD meetings.
  3. People Development
    • Lead, coach and inspire individuals and cross functional project teams to realise performance improvements and personal growth.
    • Management of agency/project teams with maturity to provide constructive feedback when required. 


  1. University degree (preferably business or marketing)
  2. 5-7 years Brand management experience in a commercially aware FMCG environment with ideally 1yr experience in a SBM role.
  3. Need to have been accountable for delivering the marketing activity, working on the brand.
  4. Proven success in ATL development and execution.
  5. Strong customer orientation and commercial awareness and acumen
  6. Demonstrates strong planning and implementation skills, along with analytical and problem solving
  7. Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  8. Excellent analytical, planning and problem solving skills
  9. Initiative, innovative, proactive and energetic style
  10. Clear, confident, open, professional and consistent communication style
  11. Flexible, adaptable personality able to cope with change
  12. Ability to work autonomously, deliver on time, follows through
